XT50-2-BT50-DC后置式电主轴
后置式电主轴传动形式为后置式电机直接驱动，配有水冷却系统。由于电机的散热条件比较好，轴承温升低，主轴的热变形小，能够传递很高的转速和扭矩，而且刚性好，机构紧凑，可大大提高机床的生产效率和工件的加工质量。主轴具有自动松拉刀、精确控制转速和实现准停、中心内冷等功能。
The rear motorized spindle is directly driven by rear motor and equipped with water cooling system. Due to the good heat dissipation condition of the motor, low temperature rise of the bearing, small thermal deformation of the spindle, high speed and torque transmission, good rigidity and compact mechanism, the production efficiency of the machine tool and the processing quality of the workpiece can be greatly improved. The spindle has the functions of automatic release of broach,accurate control of rotation speed, accurate stop and central inner cooling.
